Profoto41 in. Deep Medium Umbrella (White)

I have used PLMs by other manufacturers. They're generally all about the same. However, I did notice that the parabolic curvature is a bit more pronounced in this umbrella. It is a really "deep" umbrella. The length of the shaft also allows for making the light more focused.Note that the white interior is often soft enough to use, in some shooting circumstances, without any additional diffusion fabric, yet generate soft shadows. Naturally, the light is not as punch as a silver umbrella. That said, for the price, I think Profoto should have included the diffusion fabric.
