Crochet Patterns & Projects

I bought this fur a friend for Christmas. She loves it, it’s not that it’s spiral bound, good instructions and nice pictures of the items.

It's a good instructional crochet book, no complaints on that. Easy to use because of the spine and pictures are great. Only complaint.. enough granny squares already. They already make a very similar book of just grant squares, I got it. I was hoping got inspiration, new patterns, better options for projects.

I would not recommend this book for beginners. It is a struggle to make out the instructions unless you already have some experience. I was particularly irritated that it didn't have diagrams with any of the instructions, as the diagram explanation page implied. I was looking for something with both diagrams and explanations, but it's all in paragraph form. The pictures are mostly good, and there are some good granny square ideas, but enough. Most of it was a lot of ways to make a scarf or a blanket I found the book disappointing, but it's about as useful as the price would indicate, so I guess I don't have much room for complaint. It is, at least, a good price.

Really easy to follow patterns, great for a beginner like me.

I’m a relatively new crocheter, been doing it for about a year now, and have already collected a LOT of patterns and a few books. I picked this one up on a sale and it has some cute projects. I haven’t made any of them yet, but do plan to. Patterns seem easy to follow and there are pictures of each project. For the price I’d say this is worth it for any new or relatively new/novice crocheter. :)
