After shopping stores and comparing features and pricing I went with this recliner for my elderly father. Very roomy (he’s 5’9 & 154lbs). Two cup holders are great and handy feature! Hydration is a must and this way a bottle is always right there! Heat is very minimal in lumbar area, massage is so so but, we don’t really use those features anyway. Lift is excellent and so is the durability and cleanable! The fabric seemed cheaper but, when I found dried up old chocolate pudding that had been there for 2 weeks under the waterproof cover, I thought oh boy that’s not coming out! I grabbed just a small disposable personal hygiene cloth and every bit of dark chocolate came off! The chair is very comfy and quite nappable! lol! Controls for lift are only on side (no losing the remote!) and heat/massage on remote. I bought a larger waterproof chair cover with grips and also use disposable seat pads for daily use (incontinence). Might not recommend for 200lbs plus person. Not sure it would last long. Otherwise get this! Color is great too! Light grey/blue and very neutral.

Both boxes for the chair arrived on the same day. It was easy to assemble. I had difficulty downloading the invoice but my major issue was the USB worked for one day! The other massage is okay. Recovering from surgery so really needed the USB port to have worked.That was the draw over another brand. :-( I am hoping the seller can resolve this problem since I can't go chair shopping right now; and the chair met all my other needs.

The company provided an excellent care and acted very promptly to fix the delivery problem. But 7 months later, the chair broke. I hope that the warranty that I purchased will help solving the problem. But for now, my mother is without the chair. She needed this power lift chair urgently. To see her face when she sat down in this chair and tried the massage and the power lift was priceless. Need to fix the problem.

I was looking for a comfortable recliner with a lift function for my husband's 93 year old grandmother. This chair was affordable, easy to assemble even though the instructions were a little vague and remarkably comfortable. After assembling the chair, the recliner and lift function didn't work. I messaged the seller about the problem and got a quick response. The replacement parts came a few days later and presto... this chair looks like a dream. I am very pleased, not just with the product but also with the customer service team. Thanks again.

I bought this chair for my mother who had suffered a severe stroke. She has mobility issues and getting in and out of chairs was difficult to say the least. So far she loves this chair and it makes a huge difference in her life. The initial quality of the chair is fantastic and we are very pleased with the chair. My mom loves the lumbar heat and vibration which relieves some of her discomfort.

This chair is great so far! I had several surgeries on my knee and this let's me get up without severe pain. It is comfortable. I only wish it would recline farther back and that you could use the heat without the massage. Overall a great chair for the money!

I have found the chair is very comfortable. While there were no detailed assembly instructions, the assembly is so simple detail is unnecessary. I had it together in about 10 to 15 minutes. I did have a couple of minor issues with the chair at first, but they were quickly and most satisfactorily resolved with just a couple of emails. While I haven’t had the chair long enough to know it’s durability yet, I love it so far.
