Well packaged. Fast shipping. Not the best price I found, but they were the fastest and since it's an electrical item, made sense to buy the warranty. Glad I had the service manual to diagnose the problem with the outdrive. Everyone had their opinion, but the manual lead me to believe I had a bad check valve in the original trim pump. Sure enough, replacing the pump was all I had to do. This was a direct drop in so not much needed to get done. Outdrive works great and I can finally trim out the boat while on plane.

The media could not be loaded.  As my video shows and states this is not a used like new item. Whoever used this before, broke this with, what I could only imagine, must have been a hammer or something. I can't believe that when this return was processed as a return by the previous purchaser, that someone didn't take a look at this and realize that this was completely broken. How this got put back on the shelf and sent to me (so I could not have my boat for another week when I was getting ready to take it on vacation),... I guess I'll never know. I understand things happen but this is unacceptable. Very disappointed and ruined my vacation.
