Ellusionist Roman Empire Themed Playing Card Deck - White Aurelians - for Games and Magic Tricks

Personally I use these cards for magic/slight of hand so keep that in mind as I go (or just go to the last two paragraphs)These use what Ellusionist call E7 stock, it's also called "B9 slimline" (by cartamundi) which is incredibly slim and feels like butter. It's a high quality stock that holds its shape as you do any tricks that might bend or kink the cards despite being so thin, they probobly last as long as any other cards in my opinion. (these cards not to be confused with "B9" by Cartamundi which is the heaviest stock that I know of).Not the absolute best at faro shuffling, takes a little getting used to. I've found that after breaking them in for 10 ish minutes they faro great without any problems. That being said, unless you're doing super high level magic tricks that requires the most consistency... You'll just have to practice more and you'll be so good at that point it won't matter anyways.Beautiful cards in general, great for any card game. They are a standard 52 card deck for whatever you want to play if you were looking to give them as a gift. They seem like they'll tear easily or wear quickly but they won't, it's a high quality paper/stock.This deck (or any E7 or B9 slimline stock) are my favorites and are my go to decks, you won't be disappointed.

The deck arrived undamaged and in good condition. One annoying thing is that they put a sticker on the deck of cellophane wrapping. So if you're giving this as a gift and don't want that included, you'll have to remove the sticker and then let some alcohol or goo gone sit on it to remove all the sticky stuff.

The cards are beautiful and they slide perfectly right out of the box. I love the feel of the card stock and doing sleights with them is a treat. Great for poker and with a few tricks for those who want to use them to impress their friends.

Cards came without a tuck case. The reason these decks are over 6 to 7 bucks are the work done to the tuck, without it is lost its value and street functionality.

not as nice as expected but not bad

By far one of the best handling decks I've ever used. Super thin and springy stock, beautiful use of metallic gold ink, gorgeous tuck box, cards glide like Teflon. I cannot promote this deck enough.
