When I received the printer is was in good condition and is working well.

Product was not as described
Product was defective out of the box. The included report stated the printer had worked when tested. The report was clearly not from this printer. I will be returning the product.

Company knowingly sent broken refurbished printer
Updated: Premium Printers contacted me and sent me a new one that is working just as expected for a printer this old. It prints what I need for school so I don't have to run to campus. They also cleared up the LAN configuration page why it was showing an error. With this service and prompt replacement, I'm bumping up a bad product to a good working one. Hope this lasts for a while. Of note, it is connected to a router and not directly to a computer so I can't comment on how it works directly with macos or windows.Old review:PremiumPrinters sent me a network printer that is supposed to be certified refurbished and working but has a a piece broken and a network connection that doesn’t work. It will get power but connection and is not picked up from the router or directly connect to the computer. From the documentation sent to me, they already show a network problem. They better be paying for the return as well as a full refund unless they can get me another working printer. So much for the Amazon guarantee that the refurbished product will be working from a highly regarded company.
