No good,great winch but junk controller
The actual winch works great.But the controller is worthless.I have had this for some time but could never message them about the issues. There's a warning on this now that says it's frequently returned.I was never offered that option.But there's definitely better options for less money on here.Save your time and money unless you only need the winch with no controller.

Remote didn't work
The winch was really solid but the remote didn't work it wouldn't unwind. Instead of taking my chances I returned it and went with the little more expensive Traxxas model, it was totally worth the extra money.

not buying this again
controller doesn't work. powered directly with 6V and worked maybe 3x clockwise and counterclockwise. the next day tried again and was completely shorted..both motors..

One motor quit working making it useless
I only bench tested the winch after installing to make sure it was working. Next time I went to use it the winch did not function. One of the dual motors failed making the winch rendered useless. I can't find a replacement motor anywhere.
