A must-have for Silpat silicon molds
I have a Silpat madeleine baking mold, but since it does not have an internal metal frame like some molds, it was difficult to maneuver. This baking tray solves that issue. It allowed heat to flow around the mold, so I had no hot spots, and permitted me to easily put my baking mold into the oven and retrieve it without mishap. I fully recommend it.

Size described is incorrect.
Please note that this product is 13-5/16"L x 16-1/2W, which is much larger than the 11-5/8" in the description. Only a concern if one has a small oven as I do.

Wish I had this sooner. I have the Silpat muffin pan and it was sloppy trying to get it in and out of the oven. With this baking sheet it is very secure. I also purchased the Silpat flat baking sheet which fits perfectly
