Love this Bible! I don’t think it’s portable due to its thickness, but that’s because of all the useful info that gives background to each book and scriptures within it! Definitely worth the purchase! The open side margins are good for note taking, as well as the full note pages in the very back. The two ribbons are great for keeping your place in both the Old and New Testaments! Highly recommend!

Also Makes connections between old and New Testament which I loveI started my Bible journey in January and fell off multiple times because I couldn’t understand or grasp it, I wanted so badly to read the word but I couldn’t get attached to it because the connection was missing. Reading a standard Bible after work when you’re tired is not an easy time to critically think, and this book gets your heart and brain all in. Started in the gospel and I cannot put it down. I will be getting more as gifts for Christmas this year. Life changing book.

This Bible is so pretty, the colors are a little brighter than pictured which I love. It’s a chunky Bible but surprisingly light for its size. Sits open flat by itself which is so convenient and has lots of extra articles and sidebars inside. Great Bible for both new and experienced believers

One of my friends got this bible in January, and I absolutely loved it after looking through it. I finally got my own! One personal issue I tend to have when reading the Bible is that I have a hard time connecting the events of the OT to Jesus, and this Bible is absolutely perfect for that! The sidebar and full-page articles are wonderful and provide a lot of helpful insight, and I like that when they are not there, I have space to journal.The cover and design of this Bible is beautiful, and it is pretty minimalistic inside, which I really like. This is my favorite Bible I have ever had, and I cannot wait to use it for years to come!

The best bible ever!! One of my favorites

I love the way this Bible was packaged in a hard shell box. The cover is absolutely beautiful! I really like that this one includes study notes to help readers better understand each part. However, keep in mind this does make the Bible much thicker than a standard one. If you add tabs it gets even thicker. Still, I rate this one five stars because it’s an excellent Bible and the quality is fantastic.
