Q: Question to Seller or Manufacturer: Do you collect olives from trees during night time, using vacuum machines?

Most olive farms in Crete harvest their olives by hand or hand rakes and this would be done up until the light fades. Only if a farm is very large do they use mechanical means.

Q: I need to know how low is the acidity please and if is organic?I want to use it for Nemecheck protocol.Thanks

Hi, Acidity is marked on the back label <=0,8%. Any size of the canned version is not organic but you can get the organic version, packed in 500 ml bottles, pack of 6.

Q: Why is it cloudy ? I just decanted some out and it cloudy - my usual olive oils have never been cloudy ?

Extra virgin olive oil may well have some of the olive solids still in it. Alternatively if you are keeping it in the cold it will cloud up as it will start to solidify a little - this is no problem, the cloudyness goes when it warms up, and will not spoil the quality. Hope that helped!

Q: Question to manufacturer: description says "you harvest in November and name it after the new year". But mine says "harvest: Jun 2022" ??????

Olives harvest between October to late December. Never in June. Therefore I can only think that November was the harvest abundance the olive oil was bottled in June.
