It does an excellent job of trapping dirt, sand, and sediment, keeping my water clean and clear. Installation was easy, and the filter fits perfectly in a standard housing. These filters seem to work pretty good in our wholehouse filter, & better than others we've used in the past. The price was good & we change them once the water pressure drops a bit, & the filters turn all dark orange & with sediment particles that collect on the bottom of our clear, filter container.

These seem like good quality filters. Fit and function have worked well so far, no complaints. We use rain catchment water so it is important to be able to get the turbidity out of the water before the UV filter accesses it. It seems to be doing that well. Compared to our purchase price locally, it is a good buy and we had quick shipping.
