Good for seeing pet stains with blacklight but that is about it
I bought these for 2 reasons, to see pet stains using a blacklight I had just purchased, and to reduce glare I see around bright lights I see at night after cataract surgery. It works great for the pet stains purpose, and because it has so little tint, it lets you see more. I also like how they wrap around so that they cover my entire field of vision.As for reducing glare, they do absolutely nothing. I looking at streetlights and car headlights, looking through the glasses, them raising them, and repeating this and I could not see one bit of difference. They have too little tint to wear as sun glasses. I did find if it is twilight, and daylight is fading, they do make things brighter.They also are not polarized.And finally, in the Amazon ad, it mentioned holes in the end of the ear pieces so they could be put on a cord around your neck, and there was a picture of this feature. The pair I received does not have these. Oh, they come with a case that is very nice, albeit pretty large.

Cracked Frame
The glasses were used twice a a range for one hour under hot and humid conditions. They did not fog and the view was fine. When I took them out to rinse the lenses The one side was detached. Apparently the frame was cracked and missing on the interior frame. The was no breakage that I was aware of. I thought that was poor quality of construction or it came damaged not sure. At the price I wonder if it is worth sending back.

These are fantastic!
Ok, so i am kind of a glasses snob. I own severl pairs of Costas, one with the high contrast glass lens but i just wasnt happy shooting soorting clays with them. I bought these based ont he other customer reviews and, to be honest, I almost didnt buy them because they were so inexpensive. When i got them, I was very surprised with the quailty. Wehn i took them out and shot with them for the first time< i was truly amazed. The clays really jump out at you. I had no problem picking up the targets in any type of light. Theses are fantastic shooting glasses. The best I've ever owned. My guess is they would be great for night driving too.

Can't Go Wrong!
Love them! They are lightweight, comfortable to wear, and the light yellow tint cuts glare but does not alter real color or vision.. I use them as safety glasses for shooting! And the case comes in handy for cleaning and carrying. Great value!

The problem is I like them so much
So, these glasses are awesome. They're working out at the gun range and I took them fishing this weekend. The only problem is that I wish I could use them everywhere but these are Zoolander stylish at best. Really hope iLumen comes out with a more sleek and stylish look so I don't look like a nerd driving down the road.

First pair fragile, but customer service was fantastic. Second pair good.
Original review:In a little less than 2 months after receiving these, the black plastic nose piece broke apart. My husband wore the glasses a total of 5-6 times while working on the computer.Update:After I left the original review, iLumen8 sent a replacement pair right away, free of charge (please see comments). My husband is pleased, and I like it when he's happy. We are both appreciative of iLumen8's customer service. However, only time will tell if the second pair fares better than the first. I am now editing my review to show 5 stars instead of the 2 stars I gave it before in order to give this product a second and fair chance. If it falls apart again, then I'll update my review accordingly.2nd Update (June 09, 2018):Very glad to be able to say that my husband's glasses are still in one piece.

Small Glitch at the Beginning; Resolved Quickly
These glasses are comfortable and I have found the tinted lenses to be a nice feature that helps reduce eye strain and glare when looking at shiny metal parts. I wear them around 8-9 hours a day, 5-6 days a week and have a pair for work and a pair for my home work shop. They have also resisted scratches a lot better than other glasses I have tried.I did have an issue during the ordering process when I ordered the two pack, and only received one pair. The issue was quickly resolved and I got the quantity needed. I had one other issue with the first pair when the frame cracked above the left eye. All I had to do was respond to the follow up email from Alan at iLumen8, and he got back to me right away and sent a new pair. He quickly responded to each of my emails and I am very happy with the service I received and have not had any other problems with the glasses.
