I have lichen planus on the soft tissues of my mouth. This is the only toothpaste I've found that doesn't have mint that burns my mouth. And I've tried baby toothpaste.

Biotene is great toothpaste if you are suffering from dry mouth. I resisted trying it for the longest time as I suspected it would taste medicinal - AND I thought I could just keep going with my old toothpaste. What a difference it made using Biotene - my mouth is not nearly as dry anymore. I also use the mouthwash and spray as needed. You put yourself at risk for cavities if you don't address dry mouth issues. It only gets four stars because it costs too much! There is no reason for toothpaste to cost this much money. IN addition, Biotene tubes do not last as long as other toothpastes.

Refreshing taste, clean feeling, good price, lasting especially paired with biotin mouth wash.

It's the only toothpaste I can use. It's hard to find at a reasonable price. This was a tad expensive, but it's higher than that at other stores. And they deliver it.

This is the best toothpaste I have ever tried by far. Not only do my teeth feel cleaner than ever, but my mouth is so much less dry. Not only is it moist right after brushing, but it stays that way throughout the day. A huge reason behind this is that this toothpaste is free of SLS - a compound that irritates and dries the mouth.
