Used about ten times and lid snapped. Disappointed with poor quality.

This is a clever design. I like the flip down cover to help protect the straw from dirt and dust. A push of the yellow button and the cover pops up and the straw too. There is a built in looped handle that can remain folded down and out of the way, or flip it up for carrying! It is not vacuum insulated, so It doesn't do much to keep drinks cold for long, but it is dishwasher safe, and ideal for all but the hottest of days! Zak Designs is a great company and I think they are trying hard to make excellent fun products that make life easy.

When cleaning for the first time, there were no instructions on how to clean. The spout that comes with the straw came out of the base with not trouble. BUT, putting it back into the spout, I could not get it to go back into the spout area. This is why I had to order a second water bottle. I'm glad I got two bottles, just in case I have problems in the future cleaning the parts.

These are well made and are cute but unfortunately they leak when open! Might be more appropriate for older children but not fore a toddler who tips the bottle over on purpose…

I bought this cup for my grandson, he takes it to school everyday, it stays cold and no leaking, he is rough and it holds up perfect.

We use Zak Designs cups exclusively for water for our kids and have for 4 or so years. This particular cup has a different design with the closure and it’s prone to breakage. I think we have bought six of these (three pair of two) because my son loved the design so much he actually cried when he forgot one at his pre-k they never found. However, today we only have one left because the spring keeps breaking on the closure and the whole part that closes falls apart and the hardware comes flying out. I just saw they have a new design for the lid with this same print, so we went ahead and bought it. Fingers crossed because after two years this is still my son’s favorite print for a cup (rockets). On the upside, it did not fade in the dishwasher like the Zak cups we got from another retailer.

I would’ve liked to have options instead of having two of the same.

The water bottle I received appears to be leaking!
