Cute shoes. A little stiff at first but break in easily. Perfect to throw on when running out the door. Bought a few pairs in different colors.

I have been searching for decent priced, stylish, comfortable flats. I found these Lucky Brand Emmie flats and thought they would fit my needs perfectly. I received them last week and wore them for the first time today. The quality of shoe is very nice! The inside padding is sufficient and super cushy. I am usually between a size 8.5 or 9 so I ordered the size 9 based upon the reviews that these ran slightly small. The size 9 fit me perfectly! I was skeptical that these shoes would rub the back of my heel since they are a semi scrunch style. The only problem that I am currently having is the shoe is rubbing along the seam near the upper side of my foot. I have been wearing them for several hours now and the shoe is digging even worse into my skin to the point that I have to take them off while at my desk (I attached a picture so you can see the exact area). I am hoping that this problem will correct itself after wearing the shoes a few times to break them in. If not I won't be investing in any more pairs, which is very disappointing because they are perfect in every other way :(

I wear flats every day to the office, so finding a good pair is important to me. There is no article of clothing I will wear as much as a pair of flats. My sister had these, and and she let me borrow them for some pictures, and I fell in love with then and ordered a pair of my own, and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. I typically wear a 5.5-6, but I got a 6.5 because that is what my sister had and it fit fine. If I had not tried hers on first, I probably would have ordered a 5.5 or 6 and they would have been a tad bit too tight. So in my opinion, the sizing is not accurate. Pros: -Made with good quality material that is soft on skin and doesn't rub blisters into your feet. -Very flexible, which keeps me from feeling like my toes we're stiff all day. Also, I don't get toe corns when I wear these because they don't squish my toes together really tightly. Cons: -Not true to size. -Insole is very minimalistic/barely there, which can be a pro because of flexibility, but also means it offers no cushion or support. Overall, the cons don't outweigh the pros for me. I can do without cushioned insoles if that means I am not going to get blisters, corns, or stiff toes. I am happy with my purchase and I will be buying them in other colors as well. I hope that this review was helpful in your decision to purchase or pass on these flats though.

These flats are adorable but wow was it hard finding the right size. I’m a size 7 and originally followed the reviews and ordered a size 7.5. They were too small. I then ordered 7.5 wide and a size 8. The 7.5 wide was too wide and I swear the 8 was the same size as the 7.5. They were still too tight. I finally bought an 8.5 and they feel comfortable enough to wear. I’m pretty sure I could even go with a 9 because the heel still digs in a bit. It’s too late to order another size because I need them for family pictures today. DEFINITELY size up. You could probably size up two whole sizes.

I've have purchased these three times over the years and loved them. I'm sorry to say they have changed and are not soft or comfortable. The size is off as well with them being to small. I wear a 7 1/2. I wore these everyday with everything!

I was in need of a brown colored flat and this is a perfect color. The inner sole is so soft and comfortable and these are real leather folks! I know this is important when finding a shoe and ordering 'leather' and getting a 'pleather' type product. The reviews are correct in that they run a tad small. Since they are leather, i'm hoping they stretch over time as i've had leather shoes and they do stretch and then they are too big, however if these stretch, they will be perfect. Also they are form fitting meaning that they have a little bit of elastic all around and it hugs your foot which i like. I'm still happy with my purchase though and I am planning to buy a pair in black but a size 11 instead of 10.

The flats are very dressy and are comfortable! Only thing, they are a little big but if you order a size down/ smaller they would be too small. However, it's an easy fix because I will get shoe inserts that are self adhesive to prevent them from riding & slipping up; so it's not a big deal. Satisfied with the quality and you can't beat the price!

Although both marked 7W (the size I ordered), the right foot was noticeably smaller than the left one, probably a 6 or 6 1/2. And the shoe looked of very poor quality and workmanship.

These fit smaller. I’ve had a pair of the black and beige ones of these in size 7, and they fit perfectly. These ones are a bit tight. These also didn’t come in a box. The shoes arrived in a clear plastic bag and only one of them has tissue paper and a cardboard insert in it. One toe is also more rounded than the other.
