I use these rods for my daily practice. I used to use one of my clubs but I always feared I would damage it or leave it on the ground after practice. I practice on a mat so I can't poke it in the ground to control my shoulder swing plane but I do lay in at angle to my target path to make sure I have an inside to out swing. I carry these in my bag all the time.Be careful inserting the rods back into the clear plastic tube as the black tips of the rod may catch the edge of the tube hole and pop off.

Inexpensive way to fix golf swing, When set on the ground (in my case aligning one of the sticks pointed toward the right) helped fix my slice. I mimicked the swing path this would put me on (hitting toward right field) and I practiced in backyard with golf wiffle balls...after several sessions I'm hitting the ball much more squarely and straighter now. I also do around 30 reps just slowly dragging the stick in this plane to build muscle memory to remember the feel of the right to left swing.

They're just alignment sticks so looks don't really matter, but mine came with some stains on them. Looks like oil stains. Minor fault but some people may care about the little things.

I have had them for close to a year, and they are still holding up great. The colors are vibrant and stand out. The sticker on the sticks comes off easily with a little bit of denatured alcohol. I went with pink because you save money compared to the other colors for some odd reason, so look at the different colors and see if any come up cheaper before buying.

Decent quality training tool - I think these will last and do the job well. They fit easily into my golf bag (next to 3 wood) for ease of retrieval for practice any time as well as storage.

What can I say...they are sticks you lay on or stick into the ground...But really, I used these every once in a while to get my body alignment back into form. After about 2 hours (accumulated over a few trips to a range) I went out and shot 1 under for the first time in about 2 years. Would take that return on investment any time. (For those curious, mine did have a pointed end to stick into the ground)

Good alignment sticks especially for the price. They are made from fiberglass and have black plastic caps on both ends, one end is pointed for insertion into the ground. I also like the clear storage tube which secures with a rubber cap. It protects your clubs from banging against the sticks and it is snug enough to support them so they stay straight. I have used them for several drills and they have no problem with the occasional club impact. Just what I was looking for.
