Bought one & the probe was faulty. Apera sent me a replacement probe. Still couldn't get the unit to work so Apera paid shipping to return it for examination. Turned out it was an air bubble in the probe - I was supposed to shake the probe befort use. Apera returned my unit. Apera customer service were very polite & very responsive. I can thouroughly reccommend this company.
