We bought two FR airbeds to sleep on at our new home far away from our old. We have slept on two twin beds for a week-and have slept well. The built in electric air pumps work flawlessly. Makes set up very easy, and easy to adjust over the course of a week. I highly recommend FR airbeds. They are first rate products, and they are affordable.Buy them! You won't regret it.

This is a perfectly fine mattress, pump and also includes a storage bag. Originally, I found the electric pump not to work and asked the company to replace it. However, after speaking to a friendly representative, I learned it was user error. You have to charge the pump and then unplug it completely to make it work. In other words, if you are using it at home, are all done charging it and forget to disconnect the cord from the back of the pump, it won't blow air which I find is counter-intuitive as most battery-powered items still work while plugged in. This does NOT. So be sure to UNPLUG IT both from the wall AND the back of the pump or else it will seem like it is broken when it really isn't.UPDATE: I have been using this along with a foam topper as my primary bed for 5 months now. This includes bringing it along on brief trips elsewhere. I have to say, this thing holds up exceptionally well! I have no plans to sleep on anything else! Having a charged up air pump ready to give it a little refresher boost of air every week or so keeps this fully inflated. Other times I like the instant ability (like a sleep number bed) to make it a firm or soft mattress as needed for my back pain. When I first bought this, it was to provide a temporary solution but now it is my semi-permanent solution because I am too spoiled now to go back to a traditional mattress! Love this thing!

If you buy this product and you have questions don't even bother trying to contact customer service because it is non-existent (hence the two stars. If the customer service would have contacted me and helped me I would have increased the stars. I think customer service is a big part of the overall rating). In fact the name, Forbidden Road says it all. You are forbidden from contacting them. The directions for the pump are incomplete and we spent way too much time trying to figure out 1. the charging system (the pump will NOT work using electrical power. It needs to be charged before it works) 2. Once it is charged there is a 'trick' to getting it to work and I'm sorry but I'm not doing the work of customer service and writing what the trick is. 3. Once you do inflate the mattress make sure you put the plug in as far as it will go, check it again and give it a push because otherwise it will 'pop' out during the night and you'll wake up on the floor. We bought two of these. One worked fine and retained air and the other the plug pops out so that has become our 'emergency mattress' until we get a new one and put this one in the trash or figure a way to keep the plug inserted.

Very comfortable and never lost air. Perfect for 1 person.

Easy to inflate and deflate. It arrived the same day that a friend was coming to stay with us and he said that he slept quite well on it. Meanwhile, my partner watched TV on it and loved it so much that he wanted to keep it inflated after our guest left. Hence, my headline.One note of caution: it is heavy!

I ordered this mattress to replace one that I bought from Amazon for almost twice the price. The first one leaked [a different brand]. I ordered this one and it seems to be holding up fine. It stretched a little after I first inflated it, but after adding a little air, it seems to have held up very well. The quality is on par with the first one I bought which was much more expensive. I used it for my grandchildren who were visiting for a few days. I would recommend this product.

Purchased and used the queen air mattress (one male 175lbs). Used for 14 nights, off and on, over a 3 month period. The internal seams began separating causing the sides of the mattress to start ballooning outward. Where the seams were vinyl welded together, pin holes began appearing and leaking air. The two patches which came with the mattress are useless, equal to applying packing tape to the holes. Duct tape sealed a couple pins holes for a couple nights but would not work on the seams. By the 12-13th use the mattress needed to be inflated 6-7 times over the course of the night, mattress was useless by this time. Poor quality vinyl and not durable.

I'm a honest person, so, don't take this to personal. This product was the worst air bed that I'd ever purchased. The first one I got blew up like a balloon, and it had a hole in the top layer of the bed; the second one said it was 22inch,80×60, and it wasn't,it was 15 1/2 in height and wouldn't hold any air at all. I only sleep on air beds because I'm afraid of the bugs that get in cotton mattresses. What I received inside the boxes, didn't match the description on the outside of the box, or what was online in the Amazon app. Very dissatisfied.
