I bought this camera first in Oct 2023 when my daughter got into a car accident and the driver that hit her tried to say the accident was her fault. Then in November 2023, I decided to get my son this same camera for Christmas. My son is a career Army officer and regularly makes long drives and I wanted him to be safe. Fast forward to November 29, 2024 and my son has never had any issue to need that camera until that day when his 2023 Toyota Truck was stolen!! I have to give credit to Toyota who put a stolen tracker out on his truck and found the truck within hours (luckily the truck disabled itself because the key fob was not in it). When my son got to the truck he realized the dashcam was still in it!!! He had 45 minutes of in the cab recording of the thief and his 2 friends he picked up. My son gave a clip of the criminals to @therealfitfamelpaso in El Paso who posted the clip online and had the thieves identified in 10 minutes. EVERYONE raved about the quality of video this camera took. The video quality and sound was so good, some people commented it was staged (and it wasn’t!!) my son said the video was easy set up and easy to download and clip videos into smaller parts. I recommend this camera to everyone!!! The person who recommended it to me caught on her dashcam damage being done to her vehicle by an automatic car wash that broke on her kid wash. As they say first impression is the last..., my first impression was the packaging of the product which is very good...,it shows integrity as corners are not cut for sure. 👍🏼The product (camera) itself is also good very good in quality, pretty sturdy, the design, the size of it is perfect, will give discreet look and won't be a sore for the eye right in front of you, which is a huge plus point for me.Will get it properly installed and share pics and videos too but initial testing gave some amazing results.Will surely keep using it for a long time.All the way 5-Stars indeed.

Fortunately, after reaching out to the customer support team, I managed to resolve the problem by switching to a different app called COOAUDASH.The camera quality itself is impressive, producing remarkably clear video footage both inside the vehicle and outside on the road. For its price point, the camera offers exceptional value, and I appreciate that I can rely on it in the event of any incidents. I’ve captured various moments, including accidents I’ve witnessed and some close calls that I wanted to revisit.One of the standout features is that you can adjust camera settings directly on the device, as well as through the app, providing flexibility and ease of use. All in all, I have no complaints about this product. I truly love it, especially because of the outstanding customer service and the camera's impressive quality. It's become an essential part of both my vehicles, ensuring I have peace of mind while driving.

I've had this camera for two years now, and for the most part, it's been pretty solid! The set-up is easy, and the video quality is great. I love having the simultaneous inside and outside filming, which is one of the reasons I got this particular modelThe only aspects that can be confusing or difficult: once in a while, it will automatically go to a screen where it asks if I want to delete the memory card. Also, while I could always pull the memory card out to retrieve content, sometimes it won't allow me to connect from my phone using their app. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Otherwise - for the price, and the fact that it's still been recording constantly for over two years now, I can definitely recommend this one!

My experience so far has been, overall, quite positive. The form factor is compact and convenient. It generally seems well-built, but the warranty adds some extra assurance. As far as dashcams generally go, the pictures for both the front camera and the cabin camera are quite clear, and the app allows you to adjust parameters as you like them. Reviewing the footage, I was able to make out signs and license plates reasonably well. I also really like the presence of GPS features like showing your speed/location. Huge plus there.I have to mention a few asterisks though:1. Obviously, you need to be buying a microSD card for the cam. But you need to buy one that is specifically made to endure the non-stop writes/rewrites of dash and security cams, as well as the extremity of the elements (cars get really hot and really cold).2. The android app is good once you get into it but signing up is a PAIN. It took me a bunch of tries because the "submit" button greyed itself out and wouldn't let me press it. My tip is to check the "I agree to terms and conditions, etc. etc." box first and THEN put in the verification code. Should work after that.
