Weight Vest 150 Lb. V-Force Long (Black, Wide 4-1/4" - Comfort & Support)

Great for dips and raised push ups. I am currently only using 100 to 115 pounds depending on the day. I just turned 57 years old and I have not worked out in years, this is a great way to add resistance to my exercises without using free weights. The vist itself seems to be sufficient to comfortably hold and use the full 150 pounds. I was a little concerned about balance and the possibility of injury since my muscles are not used to working out. This fits very comfortably and tightly against you so it doesn't feel like you are actually using any weights. The shoulder straps are wide and I think that this helps with balancing and distributing the weight.

Amazing, it is insane how heavy it is, it's ridiculous actually. It has nice foam patting so it's comfortable. It is in 2.5 pound increments, so there is 60 of them

This is a fantastic product. It is extremely sturdy and designed well. It is easy to add or remove weights. And securing it is easy as well. It has been a fantastic way for me to add weight to the workouts I do.
