I got this to help me put soups together quickly and other cooking. I like this over the garlic power because its less susceptible to humidity (power will clump sometimes or get hard). In the future I will be sure to buy a larger container of it even it.

I like minced garlic because I love cooking with garlic in a lot of recipes . It’s easier than trying to keep regular garlic on hand.
