These are very comfortable. They connect with dots and almost snap together. They don't slip around in the heal. It makes wearing an orthopedic boot on the other foot much better.

This is very comfortable underneath your feet. I think it works relatively well, and I like how you can stack them to give your more of a height. It does take quite a bit of them to give you enough height to make a significant difference since they do squish down. I like to stack four in each shoe.

I got these after I ruptured an achilles tendon. I had a boot with heel lifts on the injured side and got these for the good foot. If one heel is raised, the other should be as well to avoid hip and low back problems.These are easy to use; they come in 5 sections, a heel cup and 4 wedges which stack below it. The clear silicon material is sticky so the sections stick together well, and they're quite soft so it's pretty comfortable. The main problem is that they are too soft! After a week or so they were crushing down; as I have slight pronation they crushed more on one side than the other. For my use this didn't matter much as I only needed them for 4 weeks while I was in a CAM boot for the injury. But after the four weeks they were quite crushed down and out of shape, and the sections were so glued together that I couldn't take them apart. Again not an issue for me, but if you want to gradually reduce the lift, it'd be difficult. However for under $15 I got good use out of them, and they come with 2 sets so if needed I could have switched to the other set. If you just want one or 2 sections in each shoe for cosmetic reasons these would be fine. They are not medical grade and definitely not orthotic.

The soles barely give 1inch of increase and they are smaller then expected. My heel was hurting after a few mins of using. Don’t recommend it to anyone

Easy to use. I ordered these because I am in a boot for a foot injury and needed to lift my uninjured foot to match the height of the boot. I like that I am able to adjust the height by adding or taking away layers.

As I am recovering from a complete right Achilles’ tendon rupture, I was looking for adjustable heel inserts to wear inside the rigid boot that I wear 20 hours a day. This item appeared to meet my needs as each week the height of the heel insert must be lowered. The components of this product could meet that need. However, these inserts would not stay in place despite the fact that the boot fits tightly with no room for slippage. Within a brief time, the heel inserts continually worked their way down to my mid foot. This was not what my recovery protocol required and the lump in mid foot was quite uncomfortable. I had no choice but to find another product.
