These knee wraps are great. They work well for heavy max effort squats
These knee wraps are great. They work well for heavy max effort squats. They give a good amount of spring when coming up out of the hole and will add more poundage to your max squat. I personally do not train in knee wraps all the time. I cycle their use, and train in them for several weeks, then several weeks without, and have gotten decent carry over out of these wraps. My raw squat has gone up as well as my geared squat while using the wraps. I bought these because they were cheaper than the Inzer wraps I was looking at and I am happy with my purchase. Not knocking the Inzers, I am sure they are good wraps too, I just saved a little money on these and they work great.

Does not include hoop and loop closure.
Just as good as my old Schiek knee wraps that were worn out. My only issue is the ad states that this knee wrap includes hoop and loop closure, and it does not. Seller needs to change ad or include option to choose wraps with hook and loop closure.

Good Straps
I do very deep squats and when my sets started approaching 400 pounds I decided I should probably take some precautions so I don't wreck my knees. Now that I have had them for a while, I usually put them on when I am trying to break a PR or if things just feel heavy that day. What is good is now I feel 400 pounds doesn't warrant the straps, so they did help my confidence on heavier lifts. Also, there are videos on Youtube that tell you how to properly wrap them. Happy squatting!!

Satisfied!
Great knee wraps! I use it when I go heavy on squats and it works very well in protecting my knee. I have had this product for almost two years and it still works very well with me. Schiek produces very high quality material for those who are serious in lifting or protecting themselves from injuries. Definitely a great product to buy!

Good for heavy squats
I bought these for my boyfriend. He uses them when he squats super heavy and they seem to work well. The whole wrapping them thing looks a little confusing but I think once you get the hang of how they should be wrapped you'll be fine.

Work excellent for squats
I love using these when I do my squats in the gym. I usually always have some sort of mild knee pain. The support they provide is tremendous. It takes a little practice to get the wrapping down. I roll mine up immediately after each set to make it easier to wrap for my next one. Just wrap both knees and tuck the end in.

Too short for a big guy.
They are short for a big guy and on my opinion I'll never use then. I feel like my knees will snap off with all the pressure this creates on the back. Just my opinion.

Excellent product
I have been using it for 3 years now. I wouldn't be able to do heavy squats without these wraps. At some point I suffered knee pain and I could perform squats only by using the wraps. No other way! Great product. 3 years later it has not worn out. Really durable. Great elasticity .You can use it above your pants, too.
