I got these for my children to use on their school lockers and they are brilliant! Whoever says here that they open with any finger print perhaps had trouble to set them up as it isn’t the case but you need to read the instructions carefully, in particular not to muck around with them before reading the leaflet as you might by accident set up the admin/ master fingerprint without realising. You can undo that but once again there is a process to follow (as we discovered!).The battery life is supposed to last a long time and we have agreed that my teenagers will bring them home to be charged during holidays although this might not be necessary as they are supposed to last for a year (or 1000 opens). They are also supposed to warn when the battery is about to run out.No more losing keys or using unreliable combination locks that some apparently try to figure out a code to!

It is essential to install the phone app on your phone and linking your lock to it, BEFORE setting up fingerprint recognition. There is a video guide to what needs to be done; but it's not that easy to view on a phone screen, it happens at a canter, and I couldn't find it online. Even so, once the app is installed, it is pretty obvious what to do. Having the app tell you how the print registration process is progressing, rather than relying on the blinking lights of the locks that are not Bluetooth enabled, makes the registration process vastly simpler. Indeed, I ended up returning the locks I purchased that didn't work with the app.Whilst locks of this size are only ever going to be a deterrent, rather than a maximum security capability, I feel they are a good size - small enough to use with luggage , back packs, etc, but large enough to be reasonably robust. I also like how long the claimed battery life is.

Arrived in good time, fingerprints are easy to set and lock is very strong and robust, then it’s simple to use, great value for money

Battery runs out quickly. Finger print gets forgotten and you have to cut it off. Ruined in weeks.

I was tired of struggling with small combination locks for bags/cases. Difficult to see and use small combination type lock. THIS IS GREAT , took a few tries to set up electronic fingerprint, once done works well.I will be using it on trips in a month or so. So far high expectations.

The media could not be loaded.  Very useful for securing important docs etc... from shadows, stalkers. Specifically some shadows / stalkers are targeting near airport security i.e you would put bag for scanning and would stand inline, that's when stalkers are targeting.

I love the fingerprint design but the one I received didn't last a week before going stiff and not locking

I bought this product on Tuesday it arrived the next day on Wednesday. At first I didn’t understand how to use this product but then I read the instructions and used my logic, the instructions were not really clear but you can understand them. It is now working really good for me and you don’t need to charge the lock often. Overall 8.5/10
