Nikon D610 24.3 MP CMOS FX-Format Digital SLR Camera (Body Only)(Renewed)

Absolutely flawless "renewed" even smelled brand new. Zero shots on the shutter which tells me it was a quality and thorough refresh. This camera is amazing!

It was time to up grade, I wanted to go full frame. After I fooled around and got familiar with it. It is a great camera. It is a big difference between a D5000 to a D610, just another great choice.

Pretty disappointing value. The refurbish looks good as new but they didn't reset the shutter count meaning the shutter was probably not replaced. I saw a review where they had 0 on the shutter count well mine had... 18000... I'd be ok with this if the camera was sold at market value. You can get an almost new Nikon with roughly 1000-2000 shutter count for 300$ so this feels super over-priced. It's a Christmas gift and I got the whole kit separately with lens, bag etc so a bit too late to send back but I would expect lower shutter count for this price. Also the firmware was pretty old. It's pretty easy to update but not something I expected I'd have to do

Product. Shipper. And Amazon. No better than the D7200 which is half the price. Strap came with a slight tear in the material. Onboarf flash randomly pops open. Even when it's mounted on a tripod. Rubber seal for hdmi isn't a good seal. It randomly opens. Top display screen sometimes stays off despite settings being otherwise. The Pixelconnect manufacturers of this camera? Well don't order two day. It means two weeks. Uncertain of this but probably this company is another overseas business and just can't grasp the whole communication. Which brings me to Amazon. Oh Amazon. My God do you know how to set the standards of crap service. Every time I have to call you I get nowhere and just continue to receive emails from you about nothing. I never can understand the rep on the phone. And I swear to God if I hear another "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" from another one of your representatives in gonna go nuts. Its about the only Phrase I can understand. I can't imagine how amazon has become so large and global. Just like a used car. Constant problems, Annoyances, and always leaves me having to call back to speak to another person with a spot of the downs. I get better service at Wal Mart. Hell I'd get farther having a blind man lead me through traffic. Amazon. To sum it up. You're Dumb. You're Problematic. You're probably leading us into our demise. Please do us a courtesy and go Play in Rush Hour.

this will be my first full frame camera so far so good

I murdered my d3300 and wanted a full size sensor Nikon. This was an excellent price and I jumped on it. I am surprised at it's weight 1lb 14 oz. without a lens. My d3300 was almost too light. Feels like I got what I needed for astrophotography.

Have not gotten to use it that much. So for I like it and it seems to be working good.

It looks fine externally, but it has defects; the lenses don't make good contact and display "err". The rubber seals are worn and the card slot is loose. I hope it doesn't break down soon. Disappointing purchase.
