I use a variety of flavors of these fatty dustings to fry chicken, and they work wonders for that. It's a little more pricey than grinding your own grinds, but they get them so fine to a point it's hard to get done myself; they stick much better to an egg wash this way. Also, if I pulverized all my grinds, what would I snack on while I rewatch The Office for the 20th time?Reading reviews for this product before my first use, I decided to cut the spice with 2/3 Original and 1/3 Stupid Hot. The result was nice I think. I do believe a full batch of Stupid Hot chicken wings may be a bit extreme for me, but maybe I'll give it a try in a small batch some night I'm feeling adventurous and don't have to work the next day. I would say that if you're someone that struggles with the amount of spice Chipotle kicks out, these crumbs may give you some trouble. I would suggest using caution, but they're pretty tasty overall. I’m totally keto and this is so perfect for everything I fry. I love the flavor, intensity of the heat and how crispy the coating gets. I attempted to make my own but the rinds get too damp. This is the perfect substitute and the price is right.

One of the most difficult things to do with the keto diet is giving up fried chicken. I looooooooove fried chicken! This product has saved my diet. I made chicken tenders coated with these and they were amazing! This is officially my new favorite keto item.

I love this stuff! Since I'm strictly keto, it's been a life saver with cooking. I put it on everything when I'm cooking. I've tried the original and spicy flavor and I prefer the spicy as it gives the food a good kick. I highly recommend it.
