Meh. Something to try, but not worth the money.
These do provide arch support in boots and shoes. Worn on their own or in a sandal, they are not supportive because they slip too much. The velcro attaches to the neoprene, not another piece of velco, so it is constantly slipping on my small foot. The insole cushion isn't very thick, only one layer of neoprene. I added two more layers from material I had from my sewing supplies and it fit me better. Consider this omething to try that might help support your arches or plantar fasciitis issues. It is certainly not the be all and end all of foot support.

They are only OK.
They are only OK. They seem to stretch out after 2-3 uses and I cannot wear them with 1/2 my shoes because they make the shoes too tight or I can't even get my foot into the shoe/boot. For the shoes I can get on when I wear these they are comfortable and I don't notice them other than I am getting more arch support.

I am a nursing assistant and spend 12 hrs a night on my feet. There are days I dread walking cause my feet hurt so much. I bought these and put them on immediately after they arrived, to my surprise I was able to stand once again with little to no pain at all. I've tried many different insoles over the years and have spent way to much on shoes just trying to find comfort, these is just what the Dr ordered or at least he should have.

Love the cord.
This cord is very high quality I like it even better than the OEM iPad cord. The cord is extra long which makes it very versatile. The court is also very flexible and I'm not worried about it bending and breaking. I would recommend this card to others.

The Best Ever Product
I buy loads of stuff from Amazon and have never written a review, but I had to for this product. I was in such pain when I walked and I do a lot of that. With his support cushion the pain is gone. I experimented with exactly where to place this cushion and it has changed my life. I am back to walking 2-3 miles a day without pain and limping. Trust me, this cushion and support product will change your life.

This product came with 2 foot sleeves. I've been wearing just one on my problem foot. I'm seeing results after day 3. I do wish that the product came with instructions so that I could make sure I was using this product correctly.
