Great product for my rock climbing daughter. Ordered 4, but only 1 arrived. Had to make several calls and emails for a refund which happened within 3-4 days. 5 star on product 3 on correspondence.

It’s just regular moisturizer….
I bought this for a backpacking trip, and found it does not pack the punch that its name would indicate. It’s mostly just basic cream. When my hands got dry and cracked, i had to slather on a thick opaque layer of this stuff, like a thick mask, and just wait 40 minutes for it all to absorb for it to have any sort of repairing properties. It didn’t repair/fully remoisturize my skin until after 3 days of this routine. I think whatever medicinal/therapeutic stuff in there is nice, just extremely watered down. Disappointed.

I bought this for my dog's rough paws. It was fantastic for his paws and the pain in my hands went away as well!

Allergic reaction :(
I was so hopeful this lotion would work for me, but unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction. I'm guessing it was to the tea tree oil, as I've reacted to that before. I have extremely dry skin and had some success using Rhino Skin Split so I decided to risk trying this product. I really wish I'd been able to keep using it, but alas I shall continue my search for something to provide me relief.
