NOT suitable for carpet (zero pile carpet at that!)
Description at top reads that it can be used on carpets but it does not work on our zero pile carpet yet works fine on our tiles. As our flat is carpets throughout with only 3 tiled floors this is no good to us. Have requested return at their cost & a full refund as have been mislead by the description and 2 reviews. One stated carpets and other rugs which led me to believe they had no problems, especially as the one stating carpets said it did the full 2000 sq ft of carpets and tiles!Not happy with vacuum so returning.

Does the job
Delivered earlier than expected. Noisier than expected, though not as loud as a normal vacuum.Had it for one day, moves erratically but does the job, time will tell how long it lasts.Seller should rewrite advert, it doesn't have a charging dock, need to manually plug in to charge.

Most disappointed.
The box It came in was tattered and bent and half broken. The brushes that ‘sweep’ were also frayed and the bristles were uneven and and looked like they’d been used for the last few months. Not impressed at all. Looked forward to trying a new instrument that seemed to be cool.

Product doesn't work at all
If I could give this product 0 out of 5 I would. I mean I understand it is a cheap product but it doesn't even work on tiles. What a waste and "thank you" for the fake reviews below which deceived me to buy this in the first place.

Getting parts
I did like the product but unfortunately it’s hard to get any hair unwrapping from the tiniest wheel, have to take wheels rubber ring off an it’s really delicate. Mine ripped and trying to order new rubber casing is practically impossible. But up to this problem it worked great and I was initially very happy

Didn't work well for very long
Worked surprisingly well at first, have used it about 6 times but has started losing control & now cleans same area over & over again☹

It doesn't worth the risk
While was working the gadget was fantastic. Three days after the delivery it suddenly stopped working and that's it.
