My daughter and I used this pressure washer together. We did try on that was similar to this one that cost $119 but, its pressure was not as good. Plus there was only one battery and its power was only 20v. The other difference was it didn't have the ability to change the spray. We liked how on this washer the soap only comes out when you change the spray tip to "Foam". The other washer you have to change to the different tips which is a hassle. The price difference is about $70 but, we feel this washer is worth it. You do get 2, 40v batteries and they charge back up rather fast too. We did ask the mfg about if this washer can connect to a faucet but, there is no attachment to do that. Its nice though that this washer doesn't require you to put together the hose part. Its all assembled. I would recommend that there be a faucet attachment.

If you are reading this review, I’ll tell you one thing: BUY this now!It’s easy to use, includes two batteries which last more than long enough, and it has decent PSI - i believe manual says max 960!!I use this to clean my porch, car, and it also really works well getting into the different nooks/bells&whistles on our humidifiers, which tend to cake mold everywhere - cleans them like new!I purchased a home depot orange bucket to use as a water source - the cord is more than long enough for maneuverability and it holds more than enough water for the job. Once the bucket dries out, i place the power washer and all its supplies in it to store with lid (including car wash soap and a sponge).This ain’t gonna peel paint of an old fence, it at the same time, it’s portable and you’re not tied to an electric cord or gas!BUY it, even if you don’t need it...you’ll find amillion uses for it!

Batteries used twice, now nothing. very disappointed.

Really convenient to use for washing car and making quick cleaning of my boat.. everytime I use it, I get people asking what is that and who makes it... Unlike other products, it comes with two batteries and you don't have to carry a clunky charger because each battery has a charging port on them directly. The only problem is that the intake part of the hose need to be weighted down, otherwise it'll float to the top, not getting enough water..

I like the portability of it and no need to drag the hose out for a more powerful pressure washer. This does the job for cleaning bird droppings off siding of house, and cleaning off deck, outdoor furniture and inside of garbage cans. The soap dispenser is easy to use and cleans well. Also it comes with 2 batteries. It does not seem meant for stripping paint or stain off decks. It is more for cleaning. I am happy with this product.

I really like this pressure washer for washing my back deck, but mostly to use for my cars. Unfortunately after only about 10 uses one of the batteries will no longer charge. It claims to have a one year warranty, but there is no contact information. I've searched the internet and found it was sold on amazon by vigznana but can't find their website or any information that can help me. The troubleshooting page on the manual says to contact the maintenance department, but again there is nothing that tells you how to do that. A great product that is useless without any warranty support!

The media could not be loaded.  Worked ok for a while then beeped once, sparks flew, and it burned itself out of commission.

This is great if you aren’t expecting to clean a deck, driveway or fence. This is NOT a medium or heavy duty pressure washer and that is NOT a knock. For what I use it for it’s great. I use it as a portable car washer. I put a 40 gallon tank in my truck and all I do is pull this out and go to work. I have a self-contained car was system in my truck. My truck is a looker not a worker so I wash it many times a week. Keeps my custom chrome wheels in perfect condition all the time.
