Good customer service from the supplier
This works well in the UK with A&A as the provider. My first unit failed after 5 months - but the supplier was really helpful and promptly replaced it. Up and running again.

Waste of Money
Cannot use it with Justvoip. Also will not activate an attached telephone. This is an obsolete item and is less than half price on AliExpress. Took long time to deliver. Absolute waste of money and Amazon should not allow it to be sold on Amazon

Moving Landline to Internet is simple with this item.
Wanted to move away from fixed landline and go to internet voice over IP. But I didn’t want to replace all my house handsets as they still work and I didn’t see the need to. This unit (along with a VOIP service) simply plugs into the Internet router and then connect your normal phones to the other sockets and there you have it.

good value works well easy to set up
Easy to set up for 2 VOIP lines up and running in 5 minutes. Plug into LAN plug into mains and then plug in your bog standard phones (I have 2 cordless phones plugged in 1 for each line). Open a browser head to the web interface and pop in your providers info and your user name / account details and your done. I have my accounts with sipgate who provide all the details on there help page for setting up the Cisco variant of this.

Unreliable Phone Lines
Unfortunately this adaptor did not provide reliable phone lines. Incoming calls frequently drop, followed by 3 tones. The unit also gets incredibly hot. I've used the same model before on the exact same setup (with same settings) and never had this issue. I knew that Linksys / Cisco ceased production of these units over 10 years ago, so was aware that this was going to be a copy. Was prepared to give a try for the price. I switched to a modern alternative (Grandstream) and now have no issues.

Easy to use
This was very easy to setup and worked with no problem.

Check with your VoiP provider first!
The unit is quite well designed and has decent instructions. You need to set it up via IP addressing it on your network, which if you are OK with, is pretty painless and the system works fine. I had to send mine back, sadly - as through no fault of the unit, I discovered it was not on the approved list of devices their network supports. Currently, they do not support any connection to conventional telephones. I can't comment on the call quality and the setup instructions are detailed - but for me they didn't work, eventually tracked down to my supplier, not the unit.

Needs a bit of knowledge to set up
I bought this to use with a Sipgate account when my landline is to be disconnected. After an hour or so with Google and some instructions on the Sipgate site I was able to connect my Panasonic base station and cordless phones to the adapter and was able to make and receive calls. Only used one channel. I used a RJ11 plug to BT socket adaptor with ringing capacitor as recommended by Sipgate.
