Renegade Game Studios Age of Artisans - Architects of The West Kingdom- Game for 1-6 Players Aged 12 & Up

I really recommend this expansion! The artisans are very fun to use and the ability to craft your assistants add an extra layer of engine building and strategy. The ability to play with an extra player is also a bonus.

Easy to incorporate into base game

This game is like an upgrade to StoneAge. I love the fast pace of the game. Also you can play it a little different to make it last longer or shorter. Easy to learn and fun to play.

Easy to learn, held the attention of adults for the duration of the game. Each game changes with the random draws of the cards. Even has an expansion set already!

The expansion makes the solo game against Helena challenging. Adding multi-use cards as either tools or adornments is very good.

It adds some new features to get more points such as Tools and Craft Cards that spice up the game a bit. I recommend it. Architects of the west is my favorite game.

This is a great addition.

Usually when an expansion comes out for a game it's either more of the same, new rules and gimmicks, or some combination of both.Sadly this is mostly the second: while the expansion has more buildings and artisans to work with, the new game mechanics just complicate the game more without really improving it.
