Test Prep Workbook for Basic TCM Theory

I bought this book along with  Tests Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion  to enjoy a discount and I find the other book more useful. A lot of the terminology used in this book are quite diffferent from that in my text book. I figure them out eventually, but there is not much of a study guide here. As the title of the book suggeests, topics covered come under basic theory and apart from a few trick queestions that require some thinking, most of the questions are simple, straightforward and sometimes, even repetitive.Depending on the standard of your exam, this book may prove adequate. At $29.95, you can't go wrong.

A very helpful study guide with a detailed explanations for each question.

This book was requested by my daughter who is studying acupuncture. She said it has been very helpful in preparing for tests.

This is a useful book if you don't want to pay the money for the online study guides. It does have annoying errors in it though. I would suggest going through your text books to double check the answers.

I am testing in Europe. Some of the wording was not same especially with pulses and patterns.I wouldn't advise it for students in the UK, or Europe.

not only will this book prepare me for the exam, it will prepare me on becoming a skilled practitioner. diagnosis is key to being a good chinese medicine practitioner.
