Rolodex Desk Organizer, Rotating Office Supply Caddy, Mesh Black (6.5" x 6.5" x 6.25") - Spinning Pencil Holder, Teacher Essentials

I was looking for a good desk organizer to sort all of my pens and other office supplies when I came across this Rolodex Spinning Desk Sorter. I am glad to say, so far it is working wonderfully. The organizer spins pretty smoothly and produces almost no noise at all. The entire thing is made of metal which makes it feel really durable. In the pictures, it looks like there are five compartments for holding pens and pencils, however, there are only three compartments deep enough to hold a pen, one in the center and two on either side of it. There are also two shallow compartments on top which can be used for many different things such as paper clips, binder clips, or erasers. Since I bought this in the winter, I use one of the shallow compartments for holding cough drops and it works wonderfully. On the bottom, there are three large shallow compartments which can be used for small office supplies. My only minor complaint - and this is a really small complaint - is that the Rolodex logo near the top of the organizer is slanted. Again, very small complaint but it is still there. Other than that, this is a quality desk organizer which I would strongly recommend. I will be purchasing Rolodex products in the future because of this purchase. The two smaller circular compartments are perfect for holding about 5 sharpie-sized items comfortably. Pens are easily clipped onto the outside if you run out of room. The large compartment comfortably fits long scissors, letter openers, remote controls, etc. The spinning is really helpful. No more blindly digging around or picking the entire organizer up to find what you want. The design is nice too. Very impressed with this product for the price. One note that may be a con for some people: There is a small (about an inch) Rolodex silver label at the top middle of the main compartment (you can see in product pictures if you look closely). I don't mind it at all, in fact, after making such a good product they deserve to leave an advertisement on it. UPDATE: I've not been using the daily for almost two years. The mesh design seems to trap much less dust than other organizers I've used. It's super easy to clean. It still spins like day 1. It takes up minimal space but you have access to lots of items as you're able to spin to each compartment. I really appreciate that it's one solid piece so cleaning it easy, and it's impossible to lose any parts. This is a really quality purchase at the price. If anything, I'd add stars to my original 5 star review.

I have two mesh pencil/pen cups, one for pens and the other for highlighters, etc. I use this large one for larger markers, scissors, nail file, cue tips, paper clips, etc. It's pretty tall, very sturdy, has a large round middle section, with 2 smaller round sections on the sides to accommodate tall things. There are 4 more shallow sections (1 up high, 3 down low) that accommodate all sorts of things. They are about 1" deep one of them on the bottom is half the width of the bottom. It spins easily, is heavy enough not to tilt or turn over easily. It will last for many, many years and is a necessity if you keep lots of different kinds of items at your desk.

Perfect for my needs. The center basket easily accommodates two engineer scales and ruler. The two basket on either side fit my mechanical pencils so that they barely protrude from the top. If I tried to squeeze a lot of pens or pencils in, it would likely be an issue getting them out, but I don't have that problem. The small shelves are sturdy and are currently holding small vinyl erasurs and such without rattles or sags. Rotation is smooth and easy without careening around at the slightest touch. The product seems well built (like every other Rolodex product I have used). So far, I am very pleased.

I find this organizer to be perfect for all of my writing and design utensils. I have so many and all kinds of pens imaginable :color markers pens of all sizes expensive and sophisticated ones for special and writing projects. I am looking for a cradle or organizer of some kind to hold these collections that are scattered clumsingly inside my computer desk. This item complete with three separate compartments works well with all of my writing tools. The larger compartment in the middle stores large scissors staplers and rulers while the bottom of the unit can hold smaller items like mini staplers and paper clips. What is even beneficial is it rotates conveniently on its base and the mesh design is large enough so you can see what items are inside the compartments. Ideal and large enough for the work office or on top of your home computer desk. A proper and functional organizer which I'm happy and satisfied with it.

Muy práctico y parece que durará mucho. Rota sobre su base fácilmente. Yo lo ocupo para marcadores, y está muy alto, tuve que poner una base en el contenedor central para levantarlos como se ve en la imagen.

I use this to sore my make-up brushes and some lipgloss. As it spins it is easy to access all the products in it.
