A Game-Changer Multivitamin
I’ve been taking this multivitamin for a couple of months now, and it’s been incredibly effective. It helps regulate my hunger levels, keeps my energy and mood stable—especially during an aggressive cut—and has significantly improved my sleep quality. It’s absolutely a powerhouse of high-quality ingredients!

Great Product!
Great product! High quality (check SuppCo app), smell is a little odd (but it’s fermented), no bad taste. Another CODEAGE win.

YOU WILL FEEL THE DIFFERENCE
I feel better when taking this. I don't fully realize it until I run out. It gives me peace of mind that I'm getting the vitamins and minerals I need, that I might not be getting from my meals. I have researched Codeage, and I find them to be a reputable company, making high quality products. I think my money was well spent. The cheaper brand I was taking didn't make me feel any better. I was still feeling sluggish. But Codeage vitamins made me feel stronger and more energetic. Thanks, Codeage!

After 2 days I can feel a difference. I always bloated because I take pathoprazole anti-acid. So food doesn't always get breaked down the way it should. These have digestive enzyme and probiotics, so the first day I took them, 1 morning, noon, supper and before bed, the next morning I felt a big cramp. But anyone with a biology and nutritional background would know that it's a bowl movement. It worked better than laxative. During that day, I had 0 bloatness, and 0 pain du to pressure, a result of bloatness. The next day, same thing, morning cramps, bowl movement and done. The third day, no cramps, and regular bowl movement. That's the magic of this multivitamine. We need to understand what it does. Digestive enzymes will help breakdown foor and extract the nutrients. Probiotics will clean your guts. Food, if not broken down properly, will lodge in the ripples of the small and large intestins. As a resault, it'll "ferment" there and emit gasses. This is the "bloatness" you feel. When you start taking them, ypu will feel a bit bloated, or more than usual. It's normal, it means it's working. The probiotics are cleaning up the guts and in the process, gasses are emited. It will also give cramps, as you guts are contracted, since probiotics are bacterias. It's a responce for infections, but those bacterias are gut friendly, so it's not permanent. Digestives enzymes with also help with the breakdown, to help those who don't chew enough, swallowing bigger, unbroken chunks. All this will lead to 3 things: cleaner guts are happy guts, cleaner guts absorb nutrients better, cleaner guts have less obstruction or drag, making you more regular, thus making you less bloated. Now to the fermented side of the multivitamins. Since they are fermented, they are the result of a natural chemical process, emplifying the potency. Look at Tempeh or kimchi. These are fermented food, that were produced with bacteria, which is called fermentation: Fermented multivitamins are supplements made with vitamins and minerals that have been processed by microbes to boost absorption and gentleness on digestion. So there you have it, a perfect multivitamin that uses natural process that your body uses. It's the perfect synergy. I'm sold. I saw what it does, I felt the results and I believe the price is right. If you feel incomfort at first, take 1 a day with a bit of food before bed. Do that for a week. Next week, take 1 in the evening with supper, and one before bed. The reason is, at least, it won't create incomfort during the work day. Every week, add 1 in reverse. Noon, supper, bedtime; breakfest, noon, supper, bedtime. All over a period of a month. This is for those who have issues. Also 4 might be to much for you, so 2 or 3 a day is good enough. Since the multivitamin is fermented, absoption is way better than lets say a centrum, which is cheap and lab made. Also, if you take a centrum, your body will only absorb 30% of it and the rest is trashed in the urine. By taking smaller doses, at regular intervals, and in a more bioavailable form, you not only waste less, but you actully absorb at a rate your body can handle. I remember when I took Mens complete from Weber Naturals, it was 1 a day, but always felt bad afterwards, like 2 hours after. To much B12 in one shot. And you just urinate the rest 3 hours later. With Codeage, none of it: no sickness and no flash yellow urine. I hope you all give them a try, for me it's simply the best and beats those powder multivitamines being promoted recently.

It amazes me how many nutrients they can pack into one multiple vitamin. I also love the electrolytes and probiotics all packed into one supplement. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an all natural vitamin…And especially if you are an active person that needs nutrients for energy.

Combines a multi vitamin with omegas and probiotics. It recommends 4 a day but I’ve been taking 2 and figuring my diet will cover the rest. They don’t really have a taste and go down easy. I feel better when taking them than I do when I don’t, thats the only measure I can really use to rate them.

Take 1 pill 4 times daily??? 30 days worth of pills and I need to be taking them all day long but not within a few hours of other vitamins or supplements. Total waste of money!
