This is not a 4k camera. The 4k on the iphone 8 looks much better than whatever this is. I recorded in the 4k, 26 fps setting. Saved it to an SD card, uploaded it to my desktop. Ran it. It did not look anything like 4k looks like. I replicated the same shot with my phone, and the quality was 10x better.Bad quality. Bad product. The battery was also defective and unreliable. I had to switch between them often cause one would just lose charge over night.

Product was good if you wanted a high quality (2k not 4k worthy) picture or video as is. However, if you wanted to actually use the Computer in tandem (as a webcam) for Facebook Live or YouTube, look elsewhere. Mine would crash and never interfaced with my computer.NO autofocus either. Small objects or words can not be clearly seen in video.I rate this product a "meh".

This product does not deserve 1 star! The complications of even getting this camera connected to my PC to record was a nightmare. The mic that it came with didn't even work. After getting the camera connected with the app, the video quality was a joke! my webcam and kid's table camera had my miles better camera quality. There is a huge mis-use of the the term 4K. This is DECEPTIVE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & CLAIM and I want my money back! I feel duped and I paid $128.77 for the CRAP! I want my money back or I'll do a chargeback with my bank! I don't do reviews even when I sometimes get products that don't quite meet the quality that was promised, but this is by miles too callous of the seller!

I really wanted to use this as a 4k webcam but I tried for several hours over a period of days and only got it to work once for about 10 seconds before it freezes and shows a still picture. Most of the time it freezes right away and never worked. Obviously I sent it back because it is useless for a webcam.

There is no driver for windows computer so when you go plug it into the USB it doesn’t get recognized. So far I have no way of a work around so it’s useless. I just wanted a video camera as a better web camera for like YouTube. Not going to happen I guess. Anyone else with this problem?

This is a cheap CHEAP quality camera. I wasted my money for sure. No auto focus or focus at all
