I used to make tofu once in a blue moon because of the pressing process. (Pressing with a cast iron skillet and lots of paper towels.) Thanks to this little tofu press, I am making tofu all the time and experimenting with different ways to cook it. I love how easy it is to use, and how you can dump out the liquid without taking it apart. I put in my tofu in the morning, lock it in place, dump out the excess water, and then put it in the fridge to keep pressing while I go about my day. By dinner time, it's perfectly pressed and ready to go!

I've been using this for a few months now and it works great. I usually need to press two firm blocks of tofu for my lunch or dinner for the week. I'll usually press the tofu for about 30 mins which is more than enough to get an appropriate amount of water out.The press works great and I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought this a while back but used it for the first time last week. Once I understood how to put it together it did the job. Very happy.

This is a great tofu press for the money. I like that I can press tofu and then place the container in the fridge until I’m ready to do something with it.One caution.. either hand was or place on top rack of the dishwasher. Mine has warped a little due to dishwasher heat but it is still very usable. Great gadget for the kitchen because it takes up very little room too.

I like the convenience of this handy gadget so much! and use it frequently… formerly I just stacked weight on top of the tofu and marinaded in a bowl. This is simply more efficient. Liked it so much I ordered one for my daughter as a surprise gift. Easy breezy!A quality made product!

I LOVE THIS. It's easy if you use normal sized-blocks of tofu, like the "Earth Grown" brand from Aldis. Bigger blocks you'll have to shave down a little to fit it in. This thing is a game-changer in my tofu game because I stopped pressing Tofu due to the hassle and I FORGOT how great really FIRM, pressed tofu is! WOW my tofu consumption is up by 95% for real...it's so delicious it's replaced at least half of my carbs. So, for the last 2 weeks I've eaten a TON more protein and I've lost 5 lbs without trying. - ok, well, I added 10minutes of yoga most days. but that's it! I am buying a SECOND press right now for my vegan friend who hates her tofu results like I did. She's gonna LOVE how easy this is and how great her tofu is going to turn out and she'll definitely, HAPPILY, get more protein in her diet. LOVE THIS THING!

I love my tofu press. So glad I made the purchase. I like that this uses a spring; the entire product feels sturdy. It doesn't press as much water as I want (just my preference), so after doing the initial press for atleast hour, I'll wrap the tofu in a few layers of paper towel and put it back in the press. I still consider this a win because I still save time and I use way less paper towels.

I love this press; I'm eating more tofu nowadays and it was recommended by a friend to make squeezing the water out easier. It works like a charm. If you're a tofu eater, definitely buy one.
