This stuff is like magic flavor paste. I got it on a win after seeing in a cooking video and now it's a pantry staple. My girlfriend went out and bought two jars for herself.

Good heat not overbearing. Very well rounded flavor and works with well with a variety of foods. A staple in our house now!

Saw a YouTube video about this stuff and had to give it a try. I was a little disappointed because real Szechuan food has a trademark spice that makes your mouth numb.No numbness at all with this chutney. It's probably more appealing to the mainstream this way however
