Just received it and trying out. Certainly beats using my laptop in my lap. I wish the hanging arms could be adjustable to lower the laptop a little more, however, I was able to turn my steering wheel upside down and hang it a little lower which works fine. Mouse and cup holder is a great thing to have. Takes a little more time than I wish to fold it back up, but I’ll get faster with time. It came with extra clips so I’m hoping those aren’t needed. We shall see how durable this thing is, but so far it accomplishes what I desperately needed for $20. Totally worth a try.

This works great for me because I end up using my laptop in the back of my work vehicle and it attaches to the he head rest easily. The plastic it’s made up is kind of chinsey but can hold an 8-10 lbs laptop up and the expandable mouse tray works great too. I can even fit a mouse pad on it and it will slide into the main body of the item. I don’t use the drink holder but I use it to keep my usb wireless Bluetooth adapter in when I’m not using the mouse.

This car table was the perfect gift for my husband. He takes it on the road for work as it fits perfectly in his bag. If we have to be on the ballfield with the kids he’s able to work on his laptop from the car

This thing has a great design and price, but implementation is lacking. I use it as a steering wheel desk. The adjustable brace under the work surface had the adjustment screw facing the work surface on the unit I got. This of course means it can't be adjusted easily with something on the surface. This was fixed by detaching the brace (it's designed to snap in) and flipping it. Perhaps that was an assembly issue from the factory. The next problem I encountered is that the clamps that attach the metal loop square to the work surface don't prevent the work surface from sliding down. Since that is one of the main structural elements of the design, the flaw was almost enough to make me want to send it back. However, since the unit shipped with a spare set of clamps, I was able to attach the spares and prevent the work surface from sliding down too far. The clamps' should have been rubberized or a different mechanism should have been used. Also, the mouse/cup holder slide-out is basically useless. Any weight placed on the slide-out causes the steering wheel to turn when the wheel is not locked in place. Keeping the product for now.

I’d give this Zero stars if I could but it’s my fault for not reading the reviews. All parts that need to be tightened to keep the tray in place are plastic and they slip. The bottom adjustment knob comes installed backwards so once you get the tray adjusted you can’t get to it to tighten it down. You can flip that bottom part over but then the whole thing doesn’t collapse flat when you put it away. I was able to attach some small hose clamps to keep the tray in place and it worked but eliminated the ability to fold the tray for storage. It’s all in the trash now, save yourself $17. Great idea, poor design.

It is a great item concept, but it is super hard to put together, not easily adjustable, and while trying to adjust it one of the hooks broke in a way so that it now will not snap onto the metal bar. If you need to just set it up once and leave it be, it's fine. Not sturdy enough to hold a large soda on the pull out or anything, but when I had my elbows on it and was on my switch, it was fine. Just know every time you move it you are at high risk of it just crapping out on you.

I am so glad I purchased this and did not go with tge negatuve reviews. It was eazy to install no instructions needed and the extra sleeve to hold a cup is so handy. I did not have issues with anything falling off. very happy With tbis purchase .

It could be a little sturdier, but works for what I need.
