Natural & Artificial Maple Flavor, 16 oz.

Great vanilla flavor, use it to extend my homemade vanilla.

Its a large bottle of artificially flavored liquid. Flavor is good but how do I convert recipes that call for maple extract?

I would not purchase this again, because even though it has the maple smell, it does not transfer the maple flavor to the food that I have prepared. For me, that is the more important feature.

Very diluted. It is not an extract, barely a flavoring. I am used to a very dark liquid that is a little thicker than water. Usually to make a 1 cup water/2 cup sugar recipe I might use a 1/2 a teaspoon of my previous extract, this time I used OVER 2 tablespoons and the syrup was still pale and not as flavored as my previous experience. I won't be buying again and I should send this back. Not recommended.

That fact that it's imitation I can't give it 5 stars, but it is a good product

I been making Maple fudge for years around Christmas time and the stores only had the real maple. When you make fudge you need the artificial flavor. Its a stronger taste. But this stuff, well if I was to add the whole bottle you still wouldn't be able to taste maple. I'm happy to say I only made one batch. I knew do to smelling it. So the fudge was just brown sugar fudge.

I was excited at first to get this because I've been looking for quite sometime for a natural maple flavoring & was Disappointed on disruption said was all natural and when I received it, it has carmel color in it, it isnt a natural ingred it causes cancer. help me find one that doesn't have all crap in it.

Was much weaker than the extracts I've brought in stores !!
