Love this! Easy to regulate the pressure used without causing a lot of pain. It's good quality and worth every penny. It gave me relief I wasn't able to get with the massage gun.

This is my new favorite massage roller! I am recovering from a lower leg injury, and I use this roller daily. It fits in my dance & gym bag perfectly. The best part is that it's great for massage and pain relief in body parts that are difficult to hit with a regular foam roller, and the texture of the roller is not to difficult to bear for tender areas. Highly recommend!

I'm a medical massage therapist since 1992 and have seen all kinds of crap "tools" for self work. This one delivers! I tore my hip labrum a few years ago then a year later had reconstructive surgery. My quads, glutes, adductors and rotators were all stuck together, gummed up with scar tissue, lumpy and not firing correctly from compromised walking for a year. I've had a ton of neuromuscular therapy and Rolfing, but also need to be doing my own work on it between sessions and this one actually works! It doesn't bend whatsoever, it rolls like a rolling pin and gets in super deep working the fascia deep to the bone. Nice and smooth surface but a little "grabby" to engage the fascia. I wouldn't recommend for muscular work so much, but I bet with one of their other tools on it like the Helix would be good. Built heavy duty. I also got the RAD Atom which is great for specific work on my quads, glutes and attachments all around my hip.

Good tool to relieve neck and shoulder pain.

The only reason I won't give this 5 stars is that the roller should be at least 4-6" longer than what it is. I use it for getting knots out of my neck and for a person who has broad shoulders like me it's difficult to hold it up over your shoulders and get it in just the right spot and have the proper leverage. Otherwise, for other areas of the body it works great and is a very solid and smooth rolling item.

My physical therapist uses this same model so I bought my own to use at home. I have neck problems and this allows me to easily reach the right spots and roll my neck muscles like I’m rolling out dough. I’ve had it about a year and it still looks new with regular use. It’s rolling smoothly and still does its job like a champ!

Bin Physiotherapeut und habe es gekauft, um andere damit zu behandeln. Dazu steckt man den Stab durch und rollt den anderen ab. Nachteil: will man wirklich Druck aufbauen, ist es extrem anstrengend. Vorteil ist die kleine Kerbe in der Mitte, damit kann man gut das Schienbein abrollen. Also mir hats nicht getaugt, habe es zurück geschickt.

This is a perfect massage roller. It rolls smooth (nice bearings), materials quality is nice, it doesn't bend or even flex. Initially bought another product (Tiger Tail, which is pretty good too and very popular on a Canadian Amazon, but this one is damn perfect).
