for starters, i am being given a $3 amazon gift card for writing this review. just wanted to disclose this. as for the wheel chocks, they are bigger and more robust than the other's i've used. the rubber material surely grips surfaces very well, and the curvature of the chock articulates with the tire snugly. i've used plastic wheel chucks before and on some surfaces they can slide around, making a less snug chocking experience. the smaller rubber chocks i've used have worked well, but these BAIJIAWEI's are wider, taller and beefier/stronger than the others, and i'm happy with this upgrade. i have to mention that these smell of rubber.... badly! i have been keeping them outside and the smell is going away, but when you first get them they really stink. i am using them for chocking my RV trailer when camping... outdoors, so the smell isn't enough to remove a star. other than the bad smell and weird name (how do you pronounce BAIJIAWEI???), overall great chocks!

Man, did this thing STINK! I bought two for our garage and the smell was overwhelming for the first week or so, and proved a testament to how well our door to the house was insulated. The odor has been slowly dissipating as time progresses but it still there. I would strongly discourage anyone who gets migraines or who is sensitive to smells from getting this product -- I can't emphasize enough how offensive and strong the odor is.Adhesion: I washed the floor before putting these down, but there is no "adhesion", per se. I followed another reviewers suggestion to mark where I put them on the garage floor, as I was not interested in drilling into the concrete. This way, I can just put them back in place when they move.Easy to install? Well, you take them out of the box and put them on the floor, so, yeah.Sturdiness? This is their best feature. They have some heft to them, so if you inch up to them, they aren't going to move around that much. Me: inches up to them. Husband: Va-ROOM!And one of my favorite things about them is the reflective strips so that you can see them with your headlights when you enter a dark garage.

Well made, solid, and heavy. Good reflective tape. They came with concrete anchors, but I haven't had to use them. I just made a Sharpie mark on the garage floor where they should go and set them there. So far they're not moving when the wife runs up to them. Some reviewers mentioned a smell, and while they did smell somewhat like rubber when I first opened the box, I didn't notice it after having them in the garage for a day. I'd recommend them.

They look good but I have to keep them outside since the rubber smell is the strongest ever. I can open my back door and immediately get a strong scent from them and they are about 10 feet away outside! I hope in time the sun and weather will eliminate most or all of the skunk smell so I can store them in my garage.

Really like these chocks. They hold our 22 foot RV in place and right now it's parked on a steep slope. Going to feel confident when we use them next week camping. BTW, I haven't had them indoors but I have not noticed any kind of oder around the camper.

The rubber stops leave nothing to be desired. Very heavy duty, used for a few days without anchoring down to ensure I was happy with the placement.When it comes to anchoring them down: The sleeve anchors that come with this item are nearly useless. Luckily I had proper concrete wedge anchors of the same diameter on hand and was able to use the same holes I had drilled when trying to use the packaged anchors.For garage assist these are pricier than the ball from the ceiling method but for me, a better solution.Better anchors would have given this 5 stars instead of 4.

Exactly what i was looking for. These are made from solid rubber. I dont know if the rubber is recycled or virgin rubber but you have to expect that it will have some odor just like a new pair of sneakers or tires. The smell is a little strong in the beginning but fades over a few weeks. The function of these were beyond my expectation. I needed to find a parking aid that didnt need to be fastened to the floor yet wouldn’t move or slide if you rolled too far forward. While these can be anchored to the floor I have not yet found a reason to have to. These literally replaced a few 4x4’s that I used so my older parents could pull into the garage the same distance every time. They weigh well over 10 lbs each so they stay in place and it’s rubber so it doesn’t slide around even on their painted garage floor. Ive tried those parking stop pads that you drive onto and have a 1-2” lip to let you know to stop but when not anchored they actually slide if you hit the brakes when you are on top of them. These have been great so far and doing the job perfectly. It’s been about 6 months and more than pleased with them. I only used one per vehicle, two might be excessive. Definitely try these. I will be ordering a second set for my house!!!

Perfect for my application. I ease back in the garage with Nissan Titan truck till it stops. At night the reflective stripping really stands out. I did not bolt to concrete floor no need to. I did outline two sides to confirm the wheel stop has not moved from original position. Really helps this fella as my death of field is not what it use to be. I also use the second wheel stop for my wife’s Spyder three wheeler. Because the width is so generous I don’t have to see it when backing my wife’s Spyder just slow and easy till it stops. I have even given it a little gas to see if it would slide on the rubber mat her bikes sets on, nope it is perfect.
