I got the product delivered today and placed a return on the same day. This was really unexpected due to the inferior quality and dysfunctional way the product was manufactured.The lid is very loose, there’s no tightening mechanism which can hold it while pouring tea or water from it and certainly this makes it an unworthy tool at first place.The next one is the add-on filter provided with it whose net is not at all made out of stainless as it can be seen from my attached image that there’s rust already present on it and the uneven way the mesh filter has been produced.The next one is the pouring trunk whose welding seemed to be done in a jiffy and after prolonged use it might get disoriented any moment. You can see from my attached image how bad the welding was done.Advice to seller, have some quality check in place before selling the product to the customers.

Its very light weighted. Capacity is good for using it at home. The stainless steel used to make this refines the quality of taste of everything made in this. It's easy to hold and carry . The infuser is of amazing quality too. I would recommend it to all the green/ black tea or coffee lovers.

Damaged package. To my great surprise it is so flimsy & fragile. The strainer is still more light. Fear to handle such a paper like stainless steel

Wowww. It's wooow product, it's so beautiful, mirror shine, pure stainless steel.Very good quality, also removable filter strainer inside the kettle. Its style, design, grip and finishing makes the kettle perfect and durable. worth every penny. Go for it.

The product meets all specifications. Would have liked it more, had the lid been perfect fitting. Currently the lid is slightly loose which requires extra caution when pouring tea; but is manageable.

It's really good in use and the quality pure stainless steel durability for the product will be last always
