Terrible! Not even a year. Barely six months.Where it is supposed to connect stick to the motor, the latch piece broke off and now won't stay together. Motor running fine. Doesn't attached anymore and when it came off, it fell and put a crack in the canister. So the stick and canister probably need to be replaced. (See Pictures)Terrible even more so because the manufacturer won't stand by this and Amazon won't either. Terrible!

I love all the attachment you get with this vacuum and it’s so great if you have pets. It grabs all the hair.

Ordered one of these for our camper and it worked so well that we we ordered a 2nd one for the house. The 2nd one came in used filled with someone else’s house dirt. Not a fault of the product, just poor amazon return department. Vacuum has 2 modes regular mode and “turbo” mode. Battery lasts about 20 minutes on turbo mode. We have 2 long haired shepherds and 3 cats and actually impressively picks up big clumps of hair that get behind the beds and tables

The vacuum did just fine first 3 uses. We have all laminate floors so the surface created no strain on the vacuum. Starting with the fourth use the battery lost power in two seconds and would not power back up. The charge station shows battery to be fully charged. This was simply a waste of our money.

I loved how I could get under beds. The battery does not last long enough for me to finish my floors. I very upset that it's not funny.

It works well enough, but didn't have a manual and it was used. I probably would have gone with something else if I'd known I was getting a used product.

Just received, missing battery, someone else's dirt in dust container and the handle wouldn't lock onto the motor dust container unit. (Why someone else returned this unit)
