My son was obsessed with elf on the shelf. He wanted baby elfs on the shelf so I bought these. He loved them! Hats do come off and they're bald lol. Hard body soft heads. Felt like material for the outfits. The heads have been pulled off a few times but they push right back on. May have lost a shoe or 2 they come off. We named them: red, clover, bluey, lilac and rose..so yes for bigger kids, has small parts( choking hazards), and yes for adults cute Xmas decor! Make good barbie babies too.

My daughter saw these at a birthday party and HAD to have them. For the price, definitely worth buying for gentle play! The hats do come off easily but she likes to take them off and put them back on!

Cute little baby elves for the money. Arms and legs move and body is pretty solid. The heads are soft and the hats were all falling off and had to be glued. Several heads were deformed under the hat so hats have to stay on.
