I really enjoy these bars. I’ll list them from my favorite to least favorite: peanut butter, chocolate covered strawberry, mint, coconut almond. Normally I’m a huge fan of mint and not a huge fan of peanut butter so the results were very shocking. I’ll try to describe the taste.Peanut butter: tastes like a Reese’s peanut butter cup to me.Chocolate covered strawberry: weirdly reminds me of a fig bar. It has these dried, chewy strawberries in the bar.Mint: smells like peppermint patty. More on the bitter side. It’s alright. Fell a little flat for me.Coconut almond: couldn’t taste the almond and I got hints of shredded coconut. Over powered by the chocolate. On the bitter side like the mint. I like a 90% chocolate but this one and the mint kinda tasted like a 95%+. This one had a weirder taste to me. I think maybe the peppermint helped mask some of that funky taste on the mint.Overall I loved these bars. 2 fell a little flat for me but peanut butter and chocolate strawberry really carried the team for my taste buds. I’d buy peanut butter and chocolate covered strawberry again and I’d be open to trying any new ones.

I've been eating a keto diet for over 4 years. I ordered the chocolate covered strawberry bars with neutral expectations. I'm looking for snacks to bring camping.The taste of this bar is comically terrible. I almost gagged on my first bite. I struggled to swallow that bite. So I passed the bar around the room and acted like it was worth trying. All 3 people in the room could not believe how bad this food tasted. Only one person, the fourth to try it, said they weren't that bad.Honestly, I am going to give them to the person who didn't hate them. I won't eat them.The taste and texture: Very powdery. It's like eating dry hot chocolate powder mix. It's hard to swallow. The bar is very, very dry.After you get over the powdery dry taste, a chemically dried strawberry taste emerges. Finally, the aftertaste is a bad quality sugar alcohol based chocolate.Over all, they are awful!!!

So... yeah...Texture: Oddly enough, I feel like if I were to compress sawdust into a bar and have bits of dried fruit and nuts in it... yeah. Then it gets melty because it's chocolate... it's probably one of the strangest things texture-wise I've ever put into my face hole.Flavor: Literally... the chocolate is bitter, the strawberry is so tangy as to be nearly off the charts, then you taste the salt and once you taste it, it takes over, then you taste the remnants of tangy and finishes with the chocolate aftertaste (think of how it remains once you have a piece of dark chocolate).Sweetness: Barely there until the end and suddenly it jumps out at you... it's definitely overpowered initially by the flavor profile.Fullness: Meh. I don't feel like I've eaten anything substantial, frankly. I feel like I could eat more after having it, so perhaps as part of a meal or a snack?Verdict: Will *not* be buying again, for sure. Back to Ketology for me!

I started a Keto diet for the new year. Giving up carbs has been very challenging. I tried out different Keto-friendly bars when I came across these. Never had much of a sweet tooth but loved good chocolate and a good treat every now and then. These bars are not just great Keto bars--they are great tasting treats in general. I have 3 teenagers who pig out on nothing but junk food. I typically can hide my "health food" in plain site of my kids...but my 15 yr old daughter asked me for a bite and she is hooked too [now I have to hide my bars!!!].

The bars I ordered are delicious. The price is quite steep so I’m only giving 4 stars. The bars do a good job of curbing hunger and have a good net carb number. I would be interested in trying a bar with the same fiber with less carbohydrates. I eat a bar every other day or so.

I have followed this couple for years on Youtube and really like their videos. So of course when I saw they had this product, I jumped at the opportunity to purchase. I knew the ingredients would be clean and of high quality. I was so disappointed when I tasted one today. It was not pleasant to my palate. I could not force myself to finish this bar. I have followed a ketogenic lifestyle for 2 years and rarely purchase packaged items because of my concern regarding ingredients. I will just stick to not eating bars if they taste like this.

Bought the sampler pack plus the new chocolate strawberry bars, so all 4 flavours. Love every one of them! I’m 4 months new to the keto lifestyle and have been trying as many different keto type bars and brands as I can find in the U.S and Canada. These Keto Bars have super clean and simple ingredients, low net carbs and I particularly like the coconut which provides a lot of chew and texture thats missing in other bars. Mint chocolate is my favourite. Price is on point with other keto products. I always keep one handy in the car and my purse and have even had them for a quick on-the-go breakfast. Great product!

The texture of these bars is soft and almost brownie-like. There is a shredded coconut texture as well, making it palatable and interesting. There is a deep chocolate flavor and the strawberry flavor literally bursts in your mouth. Imagine eating the most ripe strawberries coated in sinfully delicious chocolate. The price is higher than other low carb bars I have tried, but the taste cannot be compared to others. You do not get that chemical or fake taste you get with Quest and Built Bars. Definitely will buy again.
