The ease of using it
I asked my husband if he wanted this cause his Knee been hurting and the ice pack kept slipping off. He tells me no a waste. I buy it anyways next time his knee started up i used it Well let me tell you He loves it does it job of keeping in place and he don't have to move to adjust it no more. So easy to use and can be used with the smaller packs to.
