Bought for my wife for Christmas. She did not like the poofyness of the sleeves at the shoulders. That's not evident on line unless you look closely at the picture from the back. We returned it.

Can't believe how soft this sweater is! I normally like structured, puffy shoulders but my only problem is that this one can be a bit much- I have to pull it closer to my shoulder so as to not like like obi one kenobi; hence the minus one star. Size wise, I normally wear M in pullovers but do size down in cardigans due to thin arms. Small fits perfectly on the arms and I do think the M would be too much in the shoulders- I'd probably need 2 seats on a plane if I wore a medium because of how much the shoulders would protrude. I would recommend sizing down for that reason. All in all, the softest sweater I own, nothing like the cheap acrylic stuff out there. Better to get this one sweater that you'd wear with everything than get 3 cheap ones.
