Very good quality gelatin
I bought this gelatin to make jelly and home made marshmallows and it worked wonderful both times. It has no flavour at all and I have used less than what it was recommended in the recipe and still achieved good results.

Not a powder, but works well.
This is a good flavourless gelatin that sets well, but is definitely a grainy sand texture rather than a powder. I was expecting a finer powder given the name, so it is not suitable for what I intended it for. Still, it works well for making jelly, so still gets four stars from me.
