Makes great morning cereal. Soak over night in a crockpot & have it start cooking about 4:00 AM. Add some barley & another grain too. This was grain was clean & delicious

Really good berries that seem to be really fresh. When I grind them into flour in my Blendtec there's moisture which I take to mean there's still life in the kernels. The bread I make tastes better than any other spelt flour I've used. The only thing is I guess because it's so fresh it doesn't hold a rise well. I've yet to figure out how to keep it from falling slightly in the oven.

Clean, fresh, taste is good.

I recently went vegetarian, and this is a good source of protein and fiber. I cook these and other grains in my rice cooker, cook enough for the week. Sprinkle them on salads., I make a porridge out of them, I eat them like rice. I season them with sweet and I season them with herbs or miso the sky is limit

Spelt is a stickier grain than I am used to so will take me a bit to get the recipe right. Only found 1 husk in the whole bag. Good flavor. I hear that spelt is easier on people with gluten issues (not celiac, though).

This is part of my seed mix I give to my parrots for breakfast. I soak these, and sprout these for my 7 parrots. They love these a lot :D
